October 2019, while attending NSXPO, Eagle Pen Co. President, Jeremy Piper, overheard the plight of NSX owner and enthusiast, Koji Osowa. Mr. Osowa traveled from Japan to Washington, DC for the event only to find himself stranded due to tsunami's in Japan. Without skipping a beat, Mr. Piper offered to publicly auction one of three pens, specially created out of rare Acura NSX Zanardi race car materials, and one custom owners' pen.

The auction raised thousands of dollars which were donated to Mr. Osowa for hotel expenses and a new plane ticket home. "We're always happy to help the Acura NSX family", said Piper. "It was our pleasure to insure Mr. Osowa had a good experience with Acura and at NSXPO, and that he was able to return home safely"
