Shipping policy

Orders ship within 2 days of order placement. Please allow 2-3 days for shipping within the contiguous 48 states, 3-5 days to Alaska/Hawaii. All packages ship via insured FedEx with updates and tracking sent via customer-supplied contact method. All standard shipping costs are included. If you require overnight/rush shipping, additional charges may apply. In the event a package is lost in transit, Eagle Pen Company will do everything possible to replace your order immediately or, if needed, create a replacement in a timely manner.
